HERE'S WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY —
Strength Society is the place to be and where you WANT to be - love doing my workouts in such a welcoming space with the friendliest people. Striving for the best with the best!
— JESSICA LARDANT
I have been fortunate to train with Shilo at Strength Society on an individual level but have most recently worked with him on a team level.
Shilo embraces professionalism and the quality of his training sessions are second to none. His research into sport specific conditioning is what really sets him apart. He has added tremendous value to our Varsity College hockey set up and has ensured all of our athletes are always in the best shape possible.
— WADE PATON
"EXERCISE MAKES ME HAPPY!
Training at Strength Society has challenged mephysically and mentally by introducing different movements and exercises to improve athletic performance. What makes it better is that it's not 'just a gym' … we're all friends which makes training on the bad days — not so bad.
— DONNA SMALL
Sport had always been apart of my life, and therefore being active was never an issue and staying fit was always a necessity, but I needed to find the 6th gear while everyone else was still in 5th. I’ve been going to Strength Society for 5 years now and have never looked back since.
